  • RiverDogs on their marks for annual race

    Prior to their game next weekend, the RiverDogs from Charleston will be hosting the Run Forrest Run 5K Race at the Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park, just across Charleston Bay from Mt. Pleasant.

  • BLUE retail center provides free March seminars

    The South Carolina BLUE retail center in Mt. Pleasant of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina has announced several upcoming events that are free to the community and focus on wellness, health, and understanding insurance.

  • Special scholarships awarded to Trident Academy students

    The Educational Credit for Exceptional Needs Children (ECENC) recently awarded grants of $10,000 for tuition to two families of Trident Academy in Mt. Pleasant. Most likely the ECENC is using a variety of printing services to announce these awards as these scholarships went into effect as of the first of this year.

  • Southern First expands to Mt. Pleasant

    Southern First Bank, with locations in Lexington, Greenville, and Charleston, recently announced that will be opening a branch in Mt. Pleasant, with construction to begin soon. Most likely, the bank is turning to a variety of printing services to let potential customers know of this new opportunity for doing their banking.

  • State Farm awards safe driving grant to Wando High School

    Wando High School of Mt. Pleasant was recently awarded a Celebrate My Drive grant in a program that was created by State Farm Insurance. Most likely, poster printing was used announce the award throughout the community and Charleston County, as the school will no doubt want to make its achievement known.

  • Experienced serviceman bags Palmetto award at Friday ceremony

    Last Friday, as part of the events held across the country in honor of Veterans Day, Myron Charles Harrington, Jr., a retired Colonel of the United States Marine Corps and member of the Board of Visitors of The Citadel in Charleston, was given the Palmetto Award. With this being one of the highest honors bestowed by the college, flyer printing and poster printing are likely to have been used by the college to make this announcement regarding one of its distinguished alumni.

  • Mt. Pleasant corn maze celebrates breast cancer awareness

    To celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October and the 20th anniversary of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant opened its annual corn maze by going pink on the last day of September. Most likely poster printing and other printing services are being used by the Plantation to announce this celebration, its pumpkin patch, and other attractions with a fall and Halloween theme.

  • Grand opening held for gourmet food retailer

    On Thursday, September 5, Southern Seasons held a grand opening ceremony of its new gourmet foods retail establishment in Mt. Pleasant. Mayor Billy Swails attended as part of the ribbon-cutting ceremony. No doubt the retailer is using business card printing to distribute material throughout the community so that residents can become aware of its many offerings.
